This wide field image in the Cassiopeia / Perseus region of the sky features the Double Cluster, NGC 869 and 884. The clusters are about 7000 light years distant.
The image is a stack of four, 4-minute exposures taken through a Canon 350D digital camera on an RA driven mini-equatorial mount.
